but I created it in png format using Make the Cut software; and than retweaked the png file in paint.net. The 2 pages created using Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 but MyMemories Suite can be used to created the pages. Snowy Trees and snowflakes png files from Miss Kate Cuttables. Paper background from another scrapbook kit stash.
I used iPiccy for my photo editing - basic online software for my purposes.
